Your information matters. Here is exactly how payments are handled.

When you purchase an author package or other paid service through HDWR, payment is processed through an approved third-party payment provider. Our current author package checkout uses Flutterwave.
Your card information
When you pay by card, your payment details are handled through the payment-processing infrastructure provided for the transaction. HDWR does not ask you to send your full card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, or banking password through email, WhatsApp, social media, chat, or support messages. Never send these details to anyone claiming to be an HDWR representative.
Secure payment processing
Flutterwave states that it maintains PCI/DSS compliance to the extent applicable and provides security measures for payment processing. Flutterwave's payment documentation also describes encryption of sensitive payment information and 3-D Secure authentication for supported transactions.
What HDWR may receive
For payment and service administration, HDWR may receive transaction-related information such as:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Transaction reference
- Amount
- Currency
- Payment status
- Package purchased
We do not need your full card number to provide your author package.
Protect yourself
HDWR will never ask you to provide any of the following by email or social media:
- Your PIN
- Your OTP
- Your full card number
- Your CVV
- Your banking password
If someone asks for these details while claiming to represent HDWR, do not respond with your payment information. Contact support@huntdowns.com instead.
